Episode 068: Preparing Yourself to do Something Hard

There’s a certain value that can only be attained by pushing your limits. Those could be physical or mental limits; both need to be stretched from time to time. In this episode, I embark on a 40-mile nonstop hike.. no resting, no sitting down, no food, just GO! Along the way, I encounter a few difficulties including complete physical exhaustion, wildlife, and weather.
