Everyone would love to have that nice V-shaped torso when they take their shirt off, right? Pretty simple, this episode is all about pull-ups. First, we’ll cover why you should be doing pull-ups on a regular basis. This is also one of the most affordable “home gym” additions out there. For less than $25, you can set up a pull-up bar and/or gymnastic rings in your garage or basement, or even outside. We also cover why you might opt for one over the other. I’ll also give you some advice on how to get over the hump of doing that first pull-up. Let’s face it, how will you ever get better at pull-ups if you can’t even do that first one? Once you’re cranking out multiple sets though, you may want to mix up your routine. Mixing it up will not only keep things interesting, but will also pose new challenges and allow you to target slightly different muscles in your workout.
